(Sharan) The Afghan Taliban, buoyed by the support they receive from the left in the West, decided that nothing would put a smile on their supporters (in the West) than a successful attack in which to ensure that their disciples (in the West) understand only too well that there is only one god and his name is Allah. Anyway, a bunch of peaceful Muslims decided that a police checkpoint in Afghanistan had offended their honour, and so in the dark of night, they crept up to it and let rip as only terrorists can (as well as uttering 'Allah Ackba').
Unfortunately for Allah's finest name droppers, the Afghan police were having none of this and uttered 'Allah Ackba' themselves, which is why out of the attackers, 40 went to the great mosque down under and 14 were injured.
Elsewhere in Afghanistan, 2 NATO soldiers were murdered by peace loving Muslims during their so called holy month.
